Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Conduct HR interviews and maintain candidate databases.
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits.
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment metrics.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of HRMS software.
- Understanding of payroll, PF, ESIC, and labor law compliance.
- Experience in employee engagement and performance management.
- Basic knowledge of Excel reporting and MIS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
