Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
  • Conduct HR interviews and maintain candidate databases.
  • Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues professionally.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment metrics.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
  • Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of HRMS software.
  • Understanding of payroll, PF, ESIC, and labor law compliance.
  • Experience in employee engagement and performance management.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel reporting and MIS.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
